Instellingen voor het Domein In dit gedeelte van uw Control Panel kunt u de SPAM filter instellingen van uw Domein beheren. Tip! Individuele filter instellingen van een postbus gaan voor de instellingen van het filter van het bijhorende domein. De instellingen op domein niveau gaan voor de globale filter instellingen van de server. Indien u hogere of juist lagere limieten op postbus niveau wilt instellen dient u dit in te stellen via de keuze Settings for mailbox. Spam Engine Settings for Domain In dit gedeelte kunt u de standaard SPAM filter instellingen van de server wijzigen voor de gekozen domeinnaam. Reset domain settings – Om de instellingen van het domein terug te zetten naar de server instellingen plaatst u een vinkje in het vakje en klikt u op Update.
Modify spam message subject - Indien deze optie is ingeschakeld wordt door het SPAM filter de tekst van het onderwerp van een e-mail bericht aangevuld met de tekst zoals op gegeven in het veld Spam message subject tag.
Spam message subject tag – Als de vorige optie geactiveerd is kunt u in dit veld de tekst plaatsen welke door het SPAM filter in het onderwerp geplaatst zal worden indien het SPAM filter een bericht als mogelijke SPAM zal markeren. Spam message as attachment - Indien deze optie geactiveerd is en een bericht ontvangen wordt dat door het SPAM filter gedetecteerd wordt als zijnde SPAM, dan wordt dit bericht als bijlage van een e-mail bericht afgeleverd in de juiste postbus. Het e-mail bericht vermeld dat de bijlage van het bericht een mogelijk SPAM bericht is. Tag engine sensitivity - Elk bericht dat door het SPAM filter gecontroleerd wordt krijgt een score toegewezen. Deze score geeft aan in welke mate het bericht als SPAM wordt gewaarmerkt. Hoe hoger deze waarde des te waarschijnlijker is het dat het bericht een SPAM bericht is. Berichten met een score hoger dan de TAG waarde worden gewaarmerkt als SPAM bericht. U kunt kiezen uit de volgende instellingen: custom value, very permissive, permissive, moderate, strict, en very strict. Indien u de eerste optie kiest kunt u bij het veld Custom value de door u gewenste waarde invoeren. Berichten met een score groter of gelijk aan deze waarden worden gewaarmerkt als zijnde SPAM. De TAG waarde mag niet groter zijn dan de DROP waarde. Drop engine sensitivity - Berichten met een scan score groter of gelijk aan het getal dat u hier opgeeft worden door het SPAM filter tegen gehouden en dus niet afgeleverd in de postbus. Deze waarde kan niet gelijk aan of kleiner zijn dan de TAG waarde. Send daily statistics report - Indien deze optie geactiveerd is wordt dagelijks een overzicht van de SPAM filter resultaten verzonden naar het e-mail adres van de domeinnaam/webhosting beheerder. Indien geen e-mail adres beschikbaar is wordt het bericht verstuurd naar de reseller waaronder de domeinnaam is geregistreerd.
Om de wijzigingen op te slaan klikt u op Update. White List Settings for Domain E-mail berichten afkomstig van de e-mail adressen opgenomen in de White list worden niet gescand door het SPAM filter. Note: U kunt wildcards gebruiken voor de adressen in de White list: * voor een willekeurig aantal tekens en ? om een enkel teken te laten vergelijken. Uit veiligheids overwegingen is het gebruik van regular expressions niet toegestaan. Email address - In dit veld kunt u het gewenste e-mail invoeren. To add the address to the White list, click Add. To remove the address from the White list, click Remove.
Import from file - Enter the name of the file which contains the email addresses that you want to be included in the list or click the Browse… button to locate the desired file.
Note: When both Email address and Import from file fields are filled in, 4PSA Spam Guardian will add to the list the file specified in the second field. Always accept mail from these addresses – These are the email addresses currently available in the domain’s White list.
The White List can be exported as a text file. In order to save it on your local computer, click the Export button. A file download dialog box opens. Select the name of the file and the path on your local machine where you want to save the file. Black List Settings for Domain Email messages originating from the addresses in the Black list will be tagged as spam. Note: You can use wildcards for the Black list entries: * to match any number of characters and ? to match a single character. For security reasons, regular expressions are not allowed. Email address – In this field you can write the email address. To add the address to the Black list, click Add. To remove the address from the Black list, click Remove. Import from file - Enter the name of the file which contains the email addresses that you want to be included in the list or click the Browse… button to locate the desired file.

Always reject mail from these addresses – These are the email addresses currently available in the domain’s Black list.
The Black List can be exported as a text file. In order to save it on your local computer, click the Export button. A file download dialog box opens. Select the name of the file and the path on your local machine where you want to save the file. Trusted Networks for Domain Email messages originating from the networks in this list will not be processed by the spam protection engine. You can include on this list single IP addresses or an entire network or subnetwork. Example: 192.168.1.1 – single IP address; 192.168. - all the IP addresses in the 192.168.0.0/16 subnetwork IP address – In this field you can write the IP address. To add the IP address to the list click Add. To remove the IP address from the list click Remove. Import from file - Enter the name of the file which contains the email addresses that you want to be included in the list or click the Browse… button to locate the desired file.
